Premium Packers and Movers Pricing

1. Service Agreement

By hiring our services, you authorize Premium Packing Moving to handle the packing, loading, transportation, unloading, and delivery of your goods as per the agreed quotation.

2. Pricing & Payments

All prices are based on the details provided at the time of booking. Any additional items or services may result in extra charges. Customers are required to pay a partial advance to confirm the booking, and the remaining balance must be cleared at the time of delivery.

3. Packing & Handling

We ensure professional packing using quality materials. However, customers are advised not to include hazardous, illegal, or perishable items in the shipment.

4. Insurance & Liability

We take utmost care in handling your belongings. Basic risk coverage may be included, but we recommend opting for transit insurance for valuable items. Premium Packing Moving is not liable for damages caused due to natural disasters, accidents, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

5. Delays & Delivery

While we aim for timely delivery, delays may occur due to traffic, weather conditions, or other unavoidable factors. We will keep customers informed in such cases.

6. Cancellation & Refund

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled move. Refunds will be processed as per our Refund Policy.

7. Customer Responsibilities

Customers must provide accurate information regarding goods, addresses, and contact details. Proper access (parking/lift) should be arranged to avoid delays or additional charges.

8. Claims & Complaints

Any damage or loss must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Claims made after this period may not be considered.

9. Changes to Terms

Premium Packing Moving reserves the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice.
