Refund & Cancellation Policy – Premium Packing Moving

Cancellation Policy

Customers can cancel their booking up to 24 hours before the scheduled moving time without any cancellation charges. If a cancellation is made within 24 hours of the service, a minimal cancellation fee may apply to cover operational costs.

Advance Payment Refund

If you have paid an advance amount and cancel within the eligible time frame, you will receive a full refund. For late cancellations, a partial refund will be processed after deducting service and booking charges.

Rescheduling

Customers can reschedule their move without extra charges if informed at least 24 hours in advance. Last-minute rescheduling may incur additional fees.

Refund Processing Time

All eligible refunds are processed within 5–7 working days and will be credited via the original payment method.

Non-Refundable Cases

No refund will be provided once the moving process has started or if services have already been delivered.
